RESOLUTION ON INTER-AFRICAN CONVENTION ESTABLISHING ON OAU AFRICAN TECHNICAL CO-OPERATION PROGRAMME


The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity meeting in its Twenty- Fourth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 13rh to 21st February, 1975,


Having considered document CM/637 (XXIV) on the Draft Inter-African Convention Establishing an OAU technical Co-operation Programme,


  1. ADOPTS the Draft Inter-African Convention Establishing an OAU Technical Co- operation Programme;


  1. APPEALS to all Member States to ratify the Convention, as early as possible in order to provide the Inter-African technical co-operation with the necessary legal framework.
