RESOLUTION



The Council of Ministers of the OAU meeting in its XXV Ordinary Session in Kampala, Uganda, from 18 to 25 July 1975,


Considering the importance of science and technology in the development of African

States;



Noting with satisfaction the comprehensive work of the Scientific Council of Africa (CSA) and its various panels of Scientific Committees;


APPROVES:



  1. all of the recommendations of the CSA contained in document CM/675 as amended,


  1. that where applicable the financial implications of nay new projects be submitted by the Secretary-General to be Advisory Committee on Budgetary Matters for careful examination.
