The matter is slated for Report of Settlement. The Plaintiff’s Counsel applied that the said terms of settlement be adopted by the Court as Consent Judgment. 

The Application was supported by the Counsels to the 1st, 2 nd, 3rd and 6th Defendants as well as that of the 4th and 5th Defendants.

The terms of settlement   in Suit No ECW/CCJ/APP/ 06/ 2012 dated the 23rd of October, 2017 and filed on the 24th of October, 2017 is hereby adopted as the Judgment of this Court in the terms and conditions set out in the terms of settlement herein attached.

No order as to costs
