VOTE OF THANKS
The Council of Ministers of the OAU meeting in its Thirty-fourth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 6 to 15 February 1980,
Having concluded its deliberations on schedule and exhausted all its agenda items in a spirit of African fraternity and in an atmosphere of traditional Ethiopian hospitality,
Expresses deep gratitude to Chairman Mengistu Haile Mariam for inaugurating the Thirty-Fourth Ordinary Session of the OAU Council of Ministers,
Expresses thanks and gratitude to the Government and people of Socialists Ethiopia for their hospitality the efficient services provided and preparations made to ensure the success of the Session,
Further thanks Colonel Dr. Feleke Gedle Giorgis, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Socialists Ethiopia for chairing and conducting the deliberations of the Council’s Session efficiently, thus guaranteeing its success,
Expresses gratitude and appreciation to the Secretary-General of the Organization of African Unity the members of the OAU Secretariat, the Secretaries, Interpreters and Translators and all other unknown soldiers of this Session for their services and support and for helping to bring its work to a satisfactory conclusion.
