RESOLUTION ON THE DRAFT CO-OPERATION BETWEEN OAU AND IFAD
The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity, meeting in its Thirty-eighth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa from 22 – 28 February 1982.
Having considered document CM/1182 (XXXVIII) on the draft agreement on co- operation between OAU AND IFAD,
Noting that the objective of IFAD is the development of agriculture in Member States:
DECIDES to authorize the OAU Secretary-General to sign the co-operation agreement between the OAU and IFAD as contained in Document CM/1182 (XXXVIII);
REQUESTS the OAU Secretary-General to distribute to Member States the final text of the agreement.
