RESOLUTION ON THE AGREEMENT ON CO-OPERATION BETWEEN
OAU AND THE PAN-AFRICAN INSTITURE FOR DEVELOPMENT (PAID)
THE Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity, meeting in its Thirty-eighth Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa from 22 – 28 February 1982,
Having studied the document CM/1183 (XXXVIII) on the agreement on co- operation between OAU and PAID,
Noting that the objective of PAID is to further the socio-economic development of Member States.
AUTHORIZES the OAU Secretary-General to sign the agreement on Co- operation between OAU and PAID as contained in Document CM/1183 (XXXVIII);
REQUESTS the OAU Secretary-General to distribute to Member States the final text of the agreement.
