RESOLUTION ON THE OAU CHAD PEACE KEEPING FORCE MISSION TO CHAD
The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity meeting in its Forty- first Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 25 February to 4 March 1985,
Having examined the Report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative, Budgetary and Financial Matters on the consideration of request for refund of expenses incurred for the OAU Peace-Keeping Force sent to Chad contained in Document CM/1254 (XLI),
Recalling Resolution CM/769 (XXXV) of the Council of Ministers and AHG/101
(XVII) of the Seventeenth OAU Summit relating to dispatch of a Pan-African Peace- Keeping Force to Chad,
Further Recalling the mandate of the Advisory Committee on Administrative, Budgetary and Financial Matters to consider the financial implications of the OAU Peace-Keeping Force in Chad:
TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative, Budgetary and Financial Matters on the consideration of requests for refund of expenses incurred for the OAU Peace-Keeping Force sent to Chad, Document CM/1254 (XLI);
AGREES to submit the issue, in all its aspects, to the forthcoming Session of the OAU Assembly of Heads of State and Government.
