RESOLUTION ON SAFGRAD JP 31
SEMI-ARID FOOD GRAIN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity meeting in its Forty- first Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from 25 February to 4 March 1985:
EXPRESSES ITS APPRECIATION to USAID and IFAD for their continued support of SAFGRAD;
TAKES NOTE of the considerable progress made in Agricultural Research in the Semi-Arid Regions of Africa;
ENDORSES the principle of preparation of a Master Plan and its subsequent implementation for SAFGRAD.
