The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity, meeting in its Fifty -third Ordinary Session in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from 25 February to 1 March 1991,
Having heard the message that His Excellency President Mengistu Haile Mariam, Secretary-General of the Workers’ Party of Ethiopia, President of the Republic of Ethiopia, addressed to it at the opening of the Session,
Considering that the brotherly welcome and excellent facilities extended it to promote the successful holding of the Session:
EXPRESSES its profound gratitude to His Excellency President Mengistu Haile Mariam for the message of great political significance Which he addressed to it and which highly aspired its deliberations;
THANKS the Government and People of Ethiopia for the brotherly and warm welcome extended to it.
