Decision on the Change of Date of the First Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union and the Regional Economic Communities (RECs), the 35th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council and the 38th Ordinary Session of the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC)

DECISION ON THE CHANGE OF DATE OF THE FIRST MID-YEAR COORDINATION
MEETING OF THE AFRICAN UNION AND THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC
COMMUNITIES (RECs), THE 35™ ORDINARY SESSION OF THE EXECUTIVE
COUNCIL AND THE 38™ ORDINARY SESSION OF THE PERMANENT
REPRESENTATIVES’ COMMITTEE (PRC)

The Assembly,

1. RECALLS Decision Assembly/AU/Dec.706(XXXI), adopted at the 31^st Ordinary Session in July 2018, on the date and venue of the First Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union and the Regional Economic Communities (RECs), the 35^th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council and the 38^th Ordinary Session of the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC);

2. DECIDES that the dates of the Session shall be as follows:

1. the 38^th Ordinary Session of the PRC from 17 to 18 June 2019 at AU Headquarters;

2. the 35^th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council from 4 to 5 July 2019, in Niamey, Niger;

3. the 12^th Extraordinary Session of the Assembly on 7 July 2019 in Niamey, Niger; and

4. the First Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of the African Union and the RECs on 8 July 2019 in Niamey, Niger.
