The Pan-African Parliament,ENCOURAGED by the re-building of the democratic and governance architecture of the Republic of Tunisia;FURTHER CONCERNED by the urgent need for Tunisia to get back to Constitutional Government;NOTING that Tunisia is a full member of the Pan-African Parliament;CONSIDERING its objective of promoting peace and security in Africa;RECALLING it important role in the democratization process in Tunisia;THEREFORE RESOLVES:1.To assist Tunisia in its endeavour to achieve democratic governance and the respect of Human Rights for its citizens;2.To send a pre and post election Mission for the 23 October 2011 election.
