WHEREAS the United Nations Summit on Information Society held in Tunis from 16 to 18 November 2005 with participants from all over the world representing Heads of States and Governments, Civil Society, Private Sector and the Media, adopted the Tunis recommendations, solutions and the plan of actions decided on at the second phase ot the World Summit on Information Society, ANDWHEREAS at its Fourth Ordinary Session the Pan-African Parliament on Tuesday, November 22 2005 adopted a motion to implement the Tunis Declaration: Recommendations, Solutions and the Plan of Actions of the Second Phase of the World Summit on Information Society (WSIS) (Tunis Commitment- WSfS-05n~UNIS/DOC/7E) held in Tunis from 16 to 18 November 2005,

To reinforce the cited Tunis recommendations, solutions and the plan of actions of the World Summit on Information Society.
