Considering that Human Rights Violations in Gambia require further concrete actions by the ACHPR and PAP;The Pan-African Parliament resolves that:The African Commission on People Rights Headquarters will be permanently remove from Banjul to another country;The Human rights violations will be refer to the Security Council of the African Union.
