Resolution on human rights violations in the occupied territories of Saharawi Republic

Considering that Human Rights Violations in the occupied territories of Saharawi Republic;Noting that the group of the Saharawi Human Rights defenders currently facing a Moroccan military court after paying a visit to their families in the Saharawi Refugee camps in Algeria;Bearing in mind that Saharawi activists could face the death penalty sentence for sole crime of having their loved ones, even though the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees had worked to facilitate the visits.Considering that the continued detention of Saharawi activists in the Moroccan prisons since their detention in Casablanca on October 8, 2009.
The Pan-African Parliament resolves that:The Human rights violations will be refer to the Security Council of the African Union.
