DECISION ON THE ADOPTION OF ANTI-FRAUD
AND CORRUPTION POLICY

The Executive Council,
1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Permanent Representatives Committee (PRC) on Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policy;
2. APPROVES the Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policy of the African Union;
3. FURTHER AUTHORIZES the Chairperson of the Commission and the Accounting officer of the Union to follow up the implementation of the policy by all Organs and Institutions of the Union;
4. CALLS UPON the PRC to liaise with the Commission in addressing challenges in the implementation of the Decision.
