The Executive Council,
1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Commission on the Election of Five (5) Members of the African Union Commission on International Law;
2. ELECTS the following Members for a term of five (5) years:

3. DECIDES to recommend to the Assembly that the election of one (1) Female Member of the African Union Commission on International Law from the Central Region be carried out during the Thirty-Fourth Ordinary session of the Executive Council in February 2019;
4. RECOMMENDS the elected Members for appointment by the Thirty-First Ordinary Session of the Assembly.
