DECISION ON THE ACCREDITATION OF ISRAEL AS AN OBSERVER
TO THE AFRICAN UNION
The Executive Council,
1. TAKES NOTE of the briefing by the Chairperson of the African Union Commission on the accreditation of Israel as an observer to the African Union;
2. FURTHER TAKES NOTE of the comments and observations made by the Executive Council on the matter;
3. DECIDES to refer this matter to the Assembly of the Heads of States and Government of the African Union.
