Regulation C/REG.15/12/99 Approving the Work Programme of the Executive Secretariat for the 2000 Financial Year

The Council of Ministers,MINDFUL of Articles 10, 11 and 12 of the Revised Treaty establishing the Council of Ministers and defining its composition and functions;ON THE RECOMMENDATION of the twenty-fourth meeting of the Administration and Finance Commission held in Lame from 27th November to 3rd December, 1999.ENACTS

Article 1

The Work Programme hereto attached is hereby approved and shall be executed by the Executive Secretariat during the 2000 Financial Year.

Article 2

This Regulation shall be published by the Executive Secretariat in the Official Journal of the Community within thirty (30) days of its signature by the Chairman of the Council of Ministers. It shall also be published in the National Gazette of each Member State within the same time frame.
