RESOLUTION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OAU DEFENCE FORCE
The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity meeting in its Thirty- seventh Ordinary Session in Nairobi, Kenya from 15 to 26 June 1981,
Having taken cognizance of the report of the Seventh Ordinary Session of the OAU Defence Commission,
Bearing in mind its decision on the establishment of a Ministerial Committee:
RECOMMENDS that the report of the Seventh Ordinary Session of the OAU Defence Commission be referred to the body that set up the said Commission and placed at the disposal of the Ministerial Committee established by the Council of Ministers at its Thirty-seventh Ordinary Session, for consideration.
