RESOLUTION ON THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE

FIFTH ORDINARY SESSION OF THE OAU LABOUR COMMISSION



The Council of Ministers of the Organization of African Unity meeting in its Thirty- seventh Ordinary Session in Nairobi, Kenya from 15 to 26 June, 1981,


Having considered the Report of the Secretary-General of the OAU on the Proceedings of the Fifth Ordinary Session of the OAU Labour Commission, Document CM/1140 (XXXVII):


  1. CONGRATULATES the Secretary-General for the comprehensive and precise report;


  1. TAKES NOTE of the Secretary-General’s Report and the Annexes;



  1. ENDORSES the recommendations and resolutions of the Fifth Ordinary Session of the OAU Labour Commission and decides to submit them to the Eighteenth Ordinary Session of the OAU Assembly of Heads of State and Government.
