The Pan-African Parliament:Calls on the African Union to guarantee the safety and freedom of the Saharawi people and to exercise serious pressure on Morocco to stop the flagrant violations of Human Rights committed against the defenceless civilians in Western Sahara.Calls upon the United Nations to, urgently, include a Human Rights monitoring mechanism in its mission in Western Sahara.
