DECISION ON THE INTRODUCTION OF SPANISH
AS A WORKING LANGUAGE OF THE OAU/AU

Council:

  1. TAKES NOTE of the proposal to introduce Spanish as a working language of the OAU/AU;

  2. APPROVES the introduction of Spanish as a working language;

  3. REQUESTS the Secretary General to work out the modalities for its inclusion in the next budget of the Organization.
