COMMITTEE OF EXPERTS ON THE RIGHTS AND WELFARE OF THE CHILD

The Executive Council,
1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Commission on the Election of Four (4) Members of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child;
2. ELECTS the following Members for a term of five (5) years:

3. DECIDES to recommend to the Assembly that the election of one (1) Female Member of the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of the Child from the Central Region be carried out during the Thirty-Fourth Ordinary session of the Executive Council in February 2019;
4. RECOMMENDS the elected Members for appointment by the Thirty-First Ordinary Session of the Assembly.
