THE PAN-AFRICAN UNIVERSITY (PAU) COUNCIL

The Executive Council,
1. TAKES NOTE of the Report of the Commission on the Election of the Vice- President of the Pan-African University (PAU) Council;
2. ELECTS Audrey Nthabiseng OGUDE (Female, South Africa, South),as the Vice- president of the PAU Council for a term of three (3) years;
3. RECOMMENDS the elected Vice-President for appointment by the Thirty-First Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the Union.
